1- Download C432B560 Firmware & Extract the Zip package.
2-Copy the dload folder (present in the extracted Software directory) to the external microSD card.
Open the dialer and enter *#*#2846579#*#*
3- In the Project Menu, go to Software Upgrade > SDCard Upgrade and press Ok.
4- Your phone will automatically reboot into the recovery and flash the update.
That’s it! Your Huawei P8 Lite (ALE-L21) should now have Marshmallow 6.0 C432B560 build number installed on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify
