How to Update OnePlus 2 to Oxygen OS 3 0 2 OTA

OnePlus 2 Oxygen OS 3.0.2 latest update is available now around the world, the Oxygen OS 3.0.2. To get the 3.0.2 OTA to work, you will need to be on 3.0.1 beta version.

If you want an outright 3.0.2 firmware file that would work on any given Oxygen OS version of your OnePlus 2, then wait for a while till that becomes available. When it does, we will be sure to update this post with that.

÷ Prerequisites:

•Make sure there is at least 80% battery left on your smartphone before begin.

•Make sure your OnePlus 2 have Oxygen OS 3.0.1 Beta version installed .

* Method 1: for nonrooted users with stock recovery.

1- Download OxygenOS 3.0.2 Zip from the download section.

2- Connect your device to PC and put Zip file anywhere in the phone Internal Storage.

3- Now boot in recovery mode. Reboot into recovery by pressing power+volume down button .

4- Once you are on stock recovery. Select English Language.

5- Then select Install from Local and browse the ZIP file that you save on your phone in step 2.

6- Select the Zip file and click on Install.The installation will start.

7- Once the flashing is completed, reboot your OnPlus 2.

Done! Your Oneplus 2 now has the latest OxygenOS 3.0.2 Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

*Method 2: if your device is rooted and you have TWRP recovery:

1- Download OxygenOS 3.0.2 Zip and Modified TWRP recovery.img.
Keep both these files anywhere in the Internal Storage.

2- Now Boot into TWRP.Now Wipe data.To Do So Go to Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Select Dalvik,System,Data,Cache>Swipe to wipe.

3- Now from TWRP home.Select Install.

4- Select Images button at bottom right.Select recovery.img .Select Recovery.Swipe to flash.

5- Then return back to TWRP Home.Reboot -) Recovery.Wait to reboot into recovery.

6-Now again do a wipe data. Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Select Dalvik,System,Data,Cache>Swipe to wipe.

7- Go to TWRP Home.Install > Select OxygenOS Zip.Swipe to flash.

7-Reboot into System.
Done !

That’s it! Your OnePlus 2 should now have OxygenOS 3.0.2 on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.

According to XDA member Grarak , unofficial build of CM 13 is now available for OnePlus 3 (all variants).

This ROM is not developed by team CM but based on their CM 13 source code and latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.It is a very clean ROM and features rich Custom ROM.You will also get the DOZE Mode resulting in good battery life.

÷ Known issues:
Camera: HDR works, but you it closes after you took a picture.
F2FS: Not supported yet.
Battery life: Is not really as good as stock.
MSM8996: It‘s a new platform. Don‘t expect that CM 13 will run as good as stock.

* Don‘t flash gapps after you booted up CM 13! This will kill your device. If you want gapps, then flash it right after you wiped your phone and flashed CM 13.

MMM Global How to join

There are two ways to sign up in MMM Global, register by yourself or apply through a manager. Here are the steps to register by yourself :

1. Go to the MMM Global official web support : http://mmmglobal.ac/ or click HERE

2. Click the "REGISTRATION" button

3. You will be redirected to the Registration Form and fill out the form with valid data.

4. Once the data is loaded correctly, check the little box next to the words "I am not a robot" and follow his orders, then click the "verify"

5. Lastly, check the little box, click the green button with the word "REGISTER IN MMM"

Registration complete, now you already have an account in MMM Global. Next step is activating your account, and heres the steps :

1. Once the registration process is complete, you have to check your email. You will receive an email with the title of the personal office No-Reply, if you cant found it on your inbox, please check the spam folder.

2. Open the email and click one of the links in it to create a new password, as shown below:

3. Once the link is clicked, you will be directed to your MMM Private Office (PO), and will open the form Password Recovery. Fill in the New Password and Retype New Password with your new password (maximum of 10 digits Password mixture of letters and numbers) and then click Change

4. Now your MMM Global is active and you can login in https://mmmoffice.ac/ with your email and password.

÷ How to Update T-Mobile Galaxy S4 to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow SlimMM ROM:

Step 1 – Download Android 6.0.1 SlimMM ROM and Google Apps for Galaxy S4 to your computer.

Step 2 – Connect and mount your Galaxy S4 USB memory on your computer using the USB cable.

Step 3 – Now copy/paste the downloaded Android 6.0.1 ROM zip and Google Apps zip files to your SD card. Make sure the files are in the SD card root (not in any folder).

Step 4 – Then turn OFF your phone and disconnect from the USB cable.

Step 5 – Now to get in the Recovery Mode. Switch ON the phone while pressing and holding Volume Up + Home + Power buttons together.

Step 6 – Once you are in ClockworkMod Recovery, select perform a full data wipe by selecting “wipe data/factory reset”. Use the Power button to select everything while in the Recovery Mode.

Step 7 – Then, perform a cache wipe by selecting “wipe cache partition” as you can see in the image below.

Step 8 – Now this is optional, but it is recommended to perform a wipe of your dalvik cache as well. You will not get into boot loops or any other errors. From CWM recovery, go to ‘advanced’ and then select “wipe dalvik cache”.

Step 9 – Then go back to the main recovery screen and select “install zip from SD card”.

Step 10 – Now select “choose zip from sdcard”. Using your volume keys, navigate to the Android 6.0.1 ROM zip file that you copied to your SD card and select it using the Power button. Confirm the installation on the next screen and the installation procedure should start now.

Google Apps: Repeat the above step for the Gapps zip file as well and install it on your phone.

Step 11 – After the installation completes, go to “+++++Go Back+++++” and reboot the phone by selecting “reboot system now” from the recovery menu .

Your T-Mobile Galaxy S4 SGH-M919 will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time. So, please wait.

That’s it! Your T-Mobile Galaxy S4 should now have Android 6.0.1 SlimMM Marshmallow custom ROM installed on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.

Google’s latest Android N NPD35K Developer Preview Beta is available now for your LG Nexus 5X.

The latest Android N Developer Preview Beta NPD35K is the next upcoming major firmware release by Google. •Your phone can be on any previous Android version or even on a custom ROM. It doesn’t matter at all. This tutorial will still work for installing Android N Developer Preview Beta.

How to Update LG Nexus 5X to Android N NPD35K Developer Preview .

Step 1 – Download Android N Factory Image (bullhead-npd35k-factory-5ba40535.tgz) for Nexus 5X on your PC, if you haven’t already.

Step 2 – Connect your Nexus 5X to your computer using the USB cable.

Step 3 – Please make sure Fastboot is configured and properly installed on your computer.

Step 4 – Turn OFF your phone.

Step 5 – Get into the Fastboot/Bootloader Mode on your phone. Turn ON the phone while pressing and holding the Volume Up + Volume Down + Power buttons till you see the Fastboot menu and START on top.

Step 6 – Now extract the downloaded file anywhere in your computer. Go to the folder hammerhead-NPD35K and then copy/paste all the files to your Fastboot directory.

Step 7 – From the factory image files in your Fastboot directory, do the following depending which OS you are on:

•On Windows: Run the file “flash-all.bat”.

•On Mac: Run the file “flash-all.sh” using Terminal.

•On Linux: Run the file “flash-all.sh”.

Step 8 – That’s pretty much that you had to do for flashing the stock factory image on your Nexus 5X. Now wait and watch as the process is completed — or follow the on-screen instructions on your phone if in case you have to unlock the bootloader.

Step 9 – After the installation completes, the phone will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time. So, please wait with patience!

That’s it! Your Nexus 5X should now have the official Android N NPD35K Developer Preview Beta software update installed on your phone using the stock factory image from Google! Go to Settings >About phone to verify.

÷ Prerequisites:

•This tutorial is only for installing Cyanogen OS 13.1 ZNH2KAS1KN software update on OnePlus One.

•You can also install this software update using stock recovery.

•This tutorial will wipe out all your data. Make sure you backup all your data in your phone before proceeding. If you do not want to wipe any data, skip step 6.

÷ How to Update OnePlus to Cyanogen OS 13.1 ZNH2KAS1KN Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Official Firmware:

Step 1 – Download Cyanogen OS 13.1 ZNH2KAS1KN ROM for One to your computer.

Step 2 – Connect and mount your One USB memory to your computer using the USB cable.

Step 3 – Now copy/paste the downloaded Cyanogen OS 13.1 ROM zip file to your phone memory / SD card. Make sure the file is in the phone memory / SD card root (not in any folder).

Step 4 – Then turn OFF your phone and disconnect from the USB cable.

Step 5 – Now to get in the Recovery Mode. Switch ON the phone while pressing and holding Volume Down + Power buttons together.

Step 6 – Once you are in TWRP Recovery, perform a full data wipe by tapping on the ‘Wipe’ button. Then swipe on the “Swipe to Factory Reset” option at the bottom.

Step 7 – Now go back to the main menu and then tap on the ‘Install’ button. From the list, choose the ZIP file that you copied to your phone memory in Step 3.

Step 8 – Confirm installation on the next screen by swiping on the “Swipe to Confirm Flash” option. The installation procedure should start now.

Step 9 – Once the installation is completed.

Step 10 – You can now reboot your phone by selecting the “Reboot System” button.
Your One will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time. So, please wait.

That’s it! Your OnePlus One should now have Cyanogen OS 13.1 ZNH2KAS1KN Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow official software update installed on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.

How to Update Xperia Z2 to Android 6 0 1 Marshmallow Stock Rooted ROM Prerooted

Don’t worry we are going to share step by step guide to safely Update your Xperia Z2 to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Stock Rooted ROM [ Prerooted]

÷ Prerequisites:

•This tutorial is only for installing Android 6.0.1 Stock Rooted ROM on Sony Xperia Z2. Please do not try on any other Xperia Z2 variants.

•Your phone should be rooted and have ClockworkMod recovery installed from before.

•This tutorial will wipe out all your data. Proceed at your own risk.

•Perform a Dalvik Cache wipe before proceeding from the recovery mode.

•Sony PC Companion will NOT detect your phone after installing this ROM because it is a custom firmware.

•Bootloader should be unlocked or you will not be able to install this ROM.

•Make sure you backup all your data in your phone before proceeding.

÷ How to Update Xperia Z2 to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Stock Rooted ROM [ Prerooted]

Step 1 – Download Stock Rooted Android 6.0.1 ROM for Sony Xperia Z2 to your computer and extract boot.img from the zip file separately.

Step 2 – Connect and mount your Sony Xperia Z2 USB (mass) memory on your computer using the USB cable.

Step 3 – Now copy/paste the downloaded Android 6.0.1 ROM zip file to your SD card. Make sure the file is in the SD card root.

Step 4 – Copy/paste the boot.img file to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory.

Step 5 – Then turn OFF your phone.

Step 6 – Now to get into the Bootloader Mode. Press and hold the Volume Up button while connecting it again with the USB cable. Your phone LED will turn blue and it will get into the Bootloader Mode.

Step 7 – Once in the Fastboot mode (on your phone), navigate to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory (on your computer) and open Command Prompt (Shift + Right-click > Open Command Prompt).

Step 8 – Type the following command and press Enter.

fastboot flash boot boot.img

Step 9 – Then, type the following command and press Enter.
fastboot reboot
Step 10 – Now to get in the Recovery Mode. Switch ON the phone while pressing the Volume Up or Volume Down buttons a few times when you see the LED light turn pink or any other colour. Alternatively, read this: How to Enter Recovery Mode on Any Android Phone.

NOTE: Screenshots of the ClockworkMod Recovery may change as new versions are released.

Step 11 – Once you are in ClockworkMod Recovery, select perform a full data wipe by selecting “wipe data/factory reset” as shown below. Use the Power button to select everything while in the Recovery Mode.

Step 12 – Then, perform a cache wipe by selecting “wipe cache partition” .

Step 13 – Now this is optional, but it is recommended to perform a wipe of your dalvik cache as well. You will not get into boot loops or any other errors. From CWM recovery, go to ‘advanced’ and then select “wipe dalvik cache”.

Step 14 – Then go back to the main recovery screen and select “install zip from SD card”.

Step 15 – Now select “choose zip from sdcard”. Using your volume keys, navigate to the Android 6.0.1 ROM zip file that you copied to your SD card and select it using the Power button. Confirm the installation on the next screen and the installation procedure should start now.

Step 16 – After the installation completes, go to “+++++Go Back+++++” and reboot the phone by selecting “reboot system now” from the recovery menu .

Your Xperia Z2 will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time. So, please wait.

That’s it! Your Xperia Z2 should now have Android 6.0.1 Stock Rooted Marshmallow custom ROM installed on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.
